Race INFO

NEW THIS YEAR!!! The 10k. This course will be an out and back starting in Orting.

In 2013 the Buckley to Orting (B&O) Half Marathon was separated from the Rainier to Ruston Rail-Trail Relay and Ultra. Since then the race has its own day, the fourth Saturday of July, Pierce County Trails Day.

2018 the race will again go from Buckley to Orting on the brand new trail!

There will be 3 aid stations with gels and  electrolyte drink for the half marathon. There will be one aid station for the 10k at the turn around point. This puts the aid stations at about 3 miles apart. Feel free to carry a small water bottle and fill it at each aid station.

It's a flat and FAST point to point course along the paved trail. What a fun way to high five some running buddies while knocking out a half marathon! We look forward to seeing you soon.

All runners receive a custom finisher tech shirt (shirts guranteed if registered by July 6).  Half marathon runners receive a custom medal.
